The Unlmited Power of the Mind

5 comments:

  1. Among all the wonderful things of life, to which we have access, God has given each of
us the responsibility, as care-takers, to manage the two most important things in life: Our mind and our body. If we condition our minds to think positive and apply wisdom, then our bodies and our lives will also reflect positive results that include optimal health and quality life experiences.

  2. Today we find some of our most intelligent indivduals, supposively performing executive decisions, ending world hunger, and solving the weary fault of illness..... but how are they feeling, mentally, emotionally? Utterly exhausted? In order for some of our most greatest achievements to be obtained we need to remember what fuels the finger that pulls the trigger.... the mind. Greatness comes from what we do, how we aspire, and what kind of kick ass impression we leave on memories. Can we really listen to this 'inner voice'? What is it inside of us that is giving us control to manipulate the mind... in turn to manipulate the body.
    Stay remarkable.

The Relaxation audio presentation turned out to be as interesting as it was innovocative. At first, it seemed staying awake would be the greatest challenge. However, listening further, I realized the objective of the author, Dacher, was to bring the listner in touch with his own spirituality. To achieve this Dacher made an imaginary connection between colors, areas of the body and emotions.
As a result of this power of suggestion, the body and the mind entered a state of calm and relaxation.

  5. Greetings Athea-
Your blog site looks great. I agree with you. Greatness does indeed come from what we do, rather than what we say or who we, or others, think we are. What we do is a result of who we really are; beneath the make up, beneath the skin, beyond the tissue and all the way to the cell. Only when we discover who we are, from our innermost spirit, can we realize how much time we lost trying to be like somebodyelse; trying to have what someone els has; trying to do what others are doing. Self discovery requires a self seeking mission from the surface of the skin to the deepest dimensions of the soul.
